Voting for the NHATA Treasurer Position will begin on Monday November 27th and close on December 11th at midnight. An online ballot will be emailed out to all NHATA/NATA members. NHATA Executive Board position of Treasurer
Position Description: The Treasurer shall supervise all financial activities of the NHATA and submit reports to the membership regarding the same at each semiannual meeting, and shall perform such other duties as usually pertain to that Office or as shall from time to time be delegated by the President.
Treasurer Term
The term of office of Treasurer shall be two (2) years. The Treasurer shall be elected in odd numbered years. The Treasurer may not serve more than two (2) consecutive terms, except that a Treasurer who served a partial term as Treasurer upon the resignation or removal of the previous Treasurer, or upon vacancy occurring in the office of the Treasurer for another reason, may serve two (2) consecutive full terms in addition to the partial term.
Candidate(s) and Voting
Christine Reyes is the lone candidate who was nominated and accepted for the position of Treasurer. Voting opens on Monday November 27th and closes at midnight Eastern time on Monday, December 11th. Only NHATA members are eligible to vote; an online ballot, with a distinct URL, will be emailed out to all NHATA members.
